How do I start a project?
It’s super easy! Just fill out the form on my Work With Me page. If an open slot is available, I will send you a design brief within 24 hours. Complete the design brief & tell us all about yourself and your vision. Don’t stress if the design brief seems overwhelming. I will schedule a 15-minute consultation to gather details to create a foundation that provides a clear direction for your brand.
How should I submit content?
All materials (text, images, logos, information, media, etc.) are required BEFORE your project can begin.
ELECTRONIC FILES MAY BE DELIVERED IN THE FOLLOWING FORMAT:
EMAIL, WORD DOCUMENTS, TXT, PDF, JPG, GIF, TIF
To ensure that all images are reflected in the sharpest manner, images must be sent in high resolution (minimum 300 dpi). Images that are not sent in high resolution will result in poor print quality. The Gorham Agency will not be held responsible and reserves the right to decline projects due to poor quality images. All text supplied must be typed. (DOC, TXT, or Email). There will be a $100 fee for text that must be typed by The Gorham Agency. If a particular image is desired, but no high-resolution image has been supplied by the client, a $100 fee that will be added. Hard copies will be returned ONLY when accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Ownership & Rights?
All reproduction rights on the copyrighted work are retained by The Gorham Agency. The work may not be reproduced or resold in any form without consent from The Gorham Agency. The Gorham Agency retains personal rights to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of design competitions, future publications on design, educational purposes, and the marketing of the Gorham Agency’s business. Where applicable the client will be given any necessary credit for usage of the project elements.
Do you accept payment plans?
No! Your entire balance is due upfront. However, you can apply for financing through Paypal or you can join my Premier Membership; this will allow you to build your brand at a monthly rate that’s affordable for you. Upon completion of the project & last payment received all approved files and artwork will be released & website will be launched. I only accept cash/money order or credit/debit card payments via PayPal. A 4% surcharge will be applied to every Paypal invoice. All deposits & payments are non-refundable; NO EXCEPTIONS.
How long will it take?
Creatively takes some time to build out a successful brand on and offline. I highly recommend carving out 30-45 days for us to develop the best visuals for your brand package. If you are a premier member then the rule of thumb is

How many revisions?
I allow up to 2 rounds of edits per item without incurring additional design fees of $75 per set of revisions. Before print, all clients will have the opportunity to review/proofread each job to ensure accuracy. Once the job receives approval for print, NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE. The Gorham Agency not responsible for any misspellings, punctuation or formatting after your last approval. It normally takes me the below times to complete per set of revisions. Times could change depending on the number of revisions and complexity of those changes you request.

Can I expedite my project?
An additional expedite fee will be charged to clients that request their project to be completed within fewer than 7-10 business days. Fees will vary.
Can I cancel my project?
Any design project can be canceled at the discretion of the client, in writing. If after project commencement client communication (face-to-face, telephone, or email) stops for 60 days, the project may be terminated, in writing by the designer, and The Gorham Agency shall retain ownership of all copyrights. All deposits & payments are non-refundable; NO EXCEPTIONS.
The Gorham Agency subcontracts all print work and will not be held responsible for printer related issues such as delays in printing & shipping.
How are projects delivered?
Once a project is complete and printed, it is the clients’ responsibility to pick up or arrange to have their project picked up. Otherwise, the client is responsible for any shipping fees.
